Kevin Durant

While at the University of Texas, Kevin Durant led the Big 12 in scoring, rebounding and blocked shots as a true freshman. After just one year at the college level and being named the 2007 National College Player of the Year and the 2006-2007 Big 12 Player of the Year, Durant entered the 2007 NBA draft and was selected second overall by the Seattle SuperSonics. Named the NBA Rookie of the Year in his debut season, Durant is also the youngest player ever to win an NBA scoring title. He has won that honor three times and is a three-time member of the All-NBA First Team. He was also the MVP of the 2012 NBA All-Star Game. As a member of the U.S. National Team, Durant shot for gold and won it in both the 2010 World Championship and the 2012 London Olympic Games. He holds the record for total points scored in an Olympics - 156 points in the 2012 games.
